Job Title: SAP EWM Technical Consultant

Location: RemoteJob Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Technical Consultant with deep expertise in ABAPdevelopment, RF programming, and EWM technical architecture. The ideal candidate will have asolid background in SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or ECC, and a proven track record of delivering end-toend EWM technical solutions. This role involves offshore service delivery, custom development, andactive collaboration with cross-functional global teams.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support SAP EWM implementation and support projectsDeliver services from offshore, ensuring high-quality technical solutionsTranslate business requirements into technical specificationsDesign, develop, and maintain SAP EWM custom functionalities using ABAPWork extensively on RF framework customizations and enhancementsDevelop and implement BADIs, user exits, and enhancement spotsSupport integration with other SAP modules and external systemsCreate technical documentation and support training initiativesMentor and guide junior developers on best practices

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 7 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 4 years in SAP EWM (technicalfocus)Proven expertise in ABAP including reports, forms, BDC, ALV, enhancements, and debuggingHands-on experience with RF Programming and RF device configurationStrong knowledge of SAP EWM processes: inbound/outbound, warehouse structure,inventory, internal movements, and monitoringExperience with BADI implementations, ALE/IDoc, and EWM enhancementsFamiliarity with EWM mobile solutions and the RFUI frameworkAt least 12 full lifecycle EWM implementationsAbility to work independently and as part of a distributed teamStrong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementationsSAP EWM Certification (preferred, not mandatory)Exposure to Agile methodologies and development toolsDesired Attributes:Proactive and self-driven with a can-do attitudeExcellent English communication (verbal & written)Collaborative mindset for working with global teams across time zonesQuick learner with adaptability to new technologies
