SAP EWM S/4 HANA Implementation, WM+MM Background

As an experienced SAP EWM Consultant, your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP EWM solutions. You will configure and customize the SAP WM module to align with unique business needs, including storage types, bins, movement types, and picking strategies. Additionally, you will lead the design and implementation of streamlined warehouse processes, provide expert-level training and support to end-users, and conduct thorough testing to ensure system reliability and data accuracy. Your responsibilities also include performing routine system audits, staying current with industry trends, participating in system upgrades, and defining key performance indicators for evaluating warehouse process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into SAP EWM solutions - Configure and customize the SAP WM module to align with unique business needs - Lead the design and implementation of streamlined warehouse processes - Provide expert-level training and support to end-users - Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of SAP WM processes - Perform routine system audits to optimize system performance - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SAP WM & MM - Participate in system upgrades, module enhancements, and new implementations - Define key performance indicators and metrics for evaluating warehouse process efficiency Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's degree advantageous) - Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a dedicated SAP EWM Consultant - Proficiency in optimizing warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Familiarity with SAP EWM-related technologies such as RF devices, barcoding, and EDI integration - Exceptional problem-solving capabilities - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - SAP WM certification is a plus - Strong project management skills with experience working within an Agile environment,
