SAP HR Consultant - J49180 Key Responsibilities: Lead functional support of SAP ESS/MSS and FIORI Timesheet & Leave Applications, ensuring system uptime and performance. Plan, coordinate, and execute SAP HR Support Pack (HRSP) updates, regression testing, and issue resolution post-deployment. Collaborate closely with HR business stakeholders to understand pain points, gather enhancement requests, and communicate resolutions. Monitor integration points and troubleshoot errors related to Time Management, Personal administration, and backend HCM configurations. Provide subject matter expertise on FIORI Launchpad, custom tiles, and personalization for HR users. Prepare and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for HR IT support. Participate in change advisory boards (CABs), patch planning, and upgrade validation cycles. Mentor junior consultants and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution with technical teams. Required Skills: 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM with specialization in ESS/MSS, Time Management, and FIORI-based Leave/Timesheet apps. Experience in managing and validating HRSP patches, including test planning and stakeholder sign-offs. Strong troubleshooting skills across CATS / IT2001 / IT2002 / IT2010 and leave quota calculations. Proven communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize support issues. Knowledge of SAP Workflow, HR Authorizations, and Web Dynpro ABAP. Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes.
