As a Data Quality Expert, you will play a crucial role as an individual contributor in enforcing a strict Enterprise Data Management strategy globally. Your primary focus will be on defining data standards and governance to ensure the successful delivery of business transformation within SAP S/4 Hana projects. You will be responsible for delivering internal data quality applications to support data readiness and conversion activities for projects and new market deployments, ensuring adherence to Global Template data standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include active engagement in requirements gathering, testing, data cleansing, issue analysis and resolution, data conversion, as well as mock/cutover conversion activities. Collaboration with various project function specialists such as OTC, P2P, MTD, and extended Data Conversion team members will be essential for the successful execution of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Data Validation Team to ensure the quality of migrated data - Deploy global lift and shift opportunities across different sectors - Facilitate communication and provide guidance to developers for the completion of data validation builds/tests - Work with the Global team on design updates and new patterns - Manage the overall tracker for conversion statistics and provide direction to the conversion team Qualifications: - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems - At least 10 years of experience in IT, specifically in ERP transformation programs within the Data Management domain - Experience in a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations of SAP ERP/ECC with a focus on Data Quality and Master data standards - Proficiency in working with and manipulating large datasets or systems built on significant data - Familiarity with SAP Master data models - Experience in Data Readiness, Conversion, Migration, and Cutover from a functional perspective - Understanding of Data Quality and Data cleansing practices - Demonstrated ability in documentation and presentation of data standards materials for reporting to projects and stakeholders for alignment.,
