SAP Enterprise Asset Management

As an experienced SAP EAM/SAP PM Consultant, you will be responsible for leading or participating in the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP EAM/SAP PM modules. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting requirement-gathering sessions, gap analysis, and process mapping with business stakeholders. - Configuring functional areas such as Equipment Management, Maintenance Planning, Work Order Management, and Preventive Maintenance. - Integrating SAP EAM with related modules MM, PP, FI/CO, and QM to ensure seamless business process flow. - Developing functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, and reports. - Supporting data migration, master data validation, and test execution (Unit, SIT, UAT). - Providing post-implementation support, user training, and documentation. - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM). - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align asset management processes with corporate KPIs and compliance requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management. - Exposure to SAP Mobility solutions (e.g., SAP Work Manager, SAP Asset Manager). - Knowledge of integration with IoT, GIS, or external maintenance systems. Additionally, the role may require travel to Bahrain for 2 days or offshore support.,
