SAP Employee Central Payroll Consultant

As a Design Professional at BT, you will be responsible for all Service design work, covering various products and Service areas. Your main focus will be to drive the designs of the digital channel shift strategy, collaborating closely with product and business teams to scale colleague self-services and enhance service transformation and automation using AI technology. It will be crucial for you to ensure that design information meets the required quality standards and project timelines, while also enforcing design quality and standards across different tribes. Your role will involve shaping the tribe/squad backlogs, prioritizing streams and epics for tribes/squads, and aligning the product vision with product owners. Additionally, you will be expected to build HR domain knowledge and provide support for solutions towards the roadmap for legacy rationalizations. Managing the expectations of various stakeholders, including business leads, senior managers, directors, Enterprise Architects, and Solution Architects, will also be a part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in digital, lean, and agile methodologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as products, engineering, and project management counterparts to deliver high-quality products and services. Knowledge and experience in developing Enhancements, Functions, Operations, and Features in HCM are essential, and candidates with educational qualifications such as B.Tech, B.E, MBA, or PGDM will be preferred.
