As an Associate Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will support and monitor daily planning activities and KPIs in GBS and assist in Supply Chain Integration in offshored planning processes. Your role will involve creating and maintaining production plans and purchase plans, as well as evaluating and maintaining planning-relevant master data. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning performance reporting, handling orders from affiliate/regional offices, and providing support to the onshore team with planning reports and ad hoc analysis. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field from a well-recognized institute and have 4-7 years of experience in production planning and support functions. You are expected to possess good knowledge of production planning and purchase processes, ability to work on offshored planning processes, and a solid understanding of supply chain concepts. Proficiency in SAP ECC/APO/R3-PP within the supply chain domain is essential, and experience with OMP can be advantageous. You should also be an experienced user of Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
