As a Lead Solution Architect specializing in SAP Technologies, you will leverage your 15+ years of expertise to drive solution design for prospective clients and provide technical leadership in SAP-driven transformation projects. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their business challenges and define SAP-based solutions that align with their strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include leading SAP solution architecture across various SAP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP BTP, and legacy SAP systems. You will define high-level solution blueprints, roadmaps, and implementation strategies for large-scale SAP transformations. Additionally, you will support RFP responses, solution pricing, business case development, and cost-benefit analysis. Your role will also involve leading proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations for prospective clients, collaborating with sales, business development teams, and SAP partners to drive SAP solution adoption. As a trusted advisor for CIOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders, you will provide technical and strategic guidance on SAP roadmap planning, system integration, and cloud migration strategies. You will ensure that solutions align with SAP best practices, industry regulations, and compliance requirements, engaging with client IT and business teams to define integration strategies between SAP and non-SAP systems. Your support of SAP project delivery teams will involve technical design, system architecture, and troubleshooting critical challenges. You will establish governance frameworks, coding standards, and architectural best practices for SAP projects, guiding teams on SAP cloud migrations, S/4HANA conversions, and system optimizations. Additionally, you will stay updated on SAP's latest innovations, evaluate and recommend SAP tools and platforms, and promote adoption of SAP Fiori UX, AI-driven analytics, and intelligent automation in SAP landscapes. To excel in this role, you should possess 15+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture, implementation, and technical leadership, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Cloud Platform. Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, ABAP, HANA database, system performance optimization, and experience in SAP migrations, system integration, and multi-cloud SAP deployments is required. Your skills should also include SAP security, compliance, governance best practices, DevOps for SAP, CI/CD pipelines, and excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities. Additionally, problem-solving skills and knowledge of SAP industry solutions are advantageous. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, SAP Certified Solution Architect certification, cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) with experience in SAP on cloud, and experience in IT consulting, pre-sales, or technology advisory roles.,

We are looking for a HANA database expert with a strong focus and experience in SAP deployments on HANA leveraging best practices, data management topics, cloud service engineering processes, transformation, and innovation services. You will have a strong background in technical/functional end-to-end data environment management and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security of the SAP HANA landscapes within RISE. Your key activities will include engineering solutions, supporting POCs, architectures, migrations/upgrades/patching, automation, performance & tuning, and providing on-demand expertise.
