About the Role: SAP Datasphere Architect We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Datasphere Architect to join our team. This pivotal role is for a seasoned professional with 10-12 years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and analytics, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud). The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level data integration and analytics solutions leveraging SAP Datasphere, alongside modern cloud and hybrid data architectures. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable, high-performing, and secure data integration and analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere and associated SAP technologies. Provide technical leadership in integrating SAP Datasphere with critical enterprise systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) , and various non-SAP systems. Define and implement robust data modeling strategies, leveraging SAP Datasphere capabilities such as spaces, semantic layers, and virtual access. Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Datasphere projects, from requirement gathering and solution design through development, testing, and deployment. Optimize data flows and ensure efficient data processing for large-scale datasets in both real-time and batch environments. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, while providing mentorship to junior team members. Required Qualifications & Skills: 10-12 years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and analytics, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere . Proficiency in SAP Datasphere , including expertise in spaces, data modeling, and integration features. Strong understanding of the broader SAP ecosystem , including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA Cloud, SAC, and BTP. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, particularly in hybrid data landscapes. In-depth knowledge of data integration technologies , including ETL/ELT tools, APIs, and SAP Data Intelligence. Strong SQL and data modeling skills , with experience in star and snowflake schemas. Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
