Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP CVI Lead with a strong background in S/4HANA implementation and master data integration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading and managing the CVI strategy, ensuring successful synchronization of customer and vendor data into the business partner model, and aligning with overall data governance standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP CVI implementation and migration projects, particularly within S/4HANA transformation programs. Oversee the integration and harmonization of Customer and Vendor Master Data into SAP Business Partner (BP) framework. Collaborate with business and technical teams to define CVI strategy and roadmap. Perform detailed gap analysis, data assessment, and mapping of legacy systems to the BP model. Design and configure CVI-related components including BP roles, number ranges, and relationship mapping. Manage CVI conversion activities including data cleansing, validation, synchronization, and cutover. Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials. Work with master data governance (MDG) teams to enforce data quality and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to BP, Customer, and Vendor data. Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI, SD, MM, MDG) for seamless end-to-end process integration. Required Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years of overall SAP experience with at least 3 years in SAP CVI and S/4HANA environments. Strong expertise in Customer/Vendor to BP migration , BP configuration, and CVI synchronization. Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations involving CVI. In-depth knowledge of SAP Master Data objects (Customer, Vendor, Business Partner). Familiarity with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) is a plus. Strong understanding of data migration tools (SAP LTMC, LSMW, Data Services). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage data-related challenges.
