Job Description

Role: SAP SD CS

Location: Pan India

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with the client team by participating in the business process discussions, understand the current processes, pain points and new requirements to design an effective solution in SAP ERP.
  • Lead the functional / technical consultants in ensuring successful delivery of the SAP Solution and ensure deliverables for Sales and Distribution and CS are successfully handed over for the closure of the project.
  • Identify and escalate issues and risks within project structure as soon as discovered and not just when the delivery is due.
  • Prepare Key user & End user training and workshop materials and conduct the meetings.
  • Ensure documentation of all key project deliverable and execute smooth transition plan to the Application maintenance team.
  • Support Effort Estimation, Solution Standardising, conduct Training, Mentoring and Coaching junior team members.
  • Strong client facing experience, Analytical mind-set with a strong eagerness to learn and able to translate requirements into designs and code / configuration.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Primary Skills:

  • Experience full-time relevant hands-on consulting experience in SAP CS & SD mandatory
  • Project experience in SAP CS is mandatory.
  • Mandatory Skills Significant: SAP SD application experience within SAP SD including configuration, design, testing, compliance & implementation (at least 3 full project lifecycle and 3 support project experience).
  • Experience in basic functions, sales order processing, order fulfilment, consignment process and returns process.
  • Experience in credit management, pricing, taxation, billing and outputs.
  • Good knowledge in CS customisation.
  • Excellent knowledge in Service Process Flow.
  • Extensive knowledge of Service work orders and integration throughout repair processes.
  • Configuration of Work Centers, Functional Locations, Contracts, Warranty, Equipment's, Serial Numbers.
  • Revenue Recognition. Settlement processing - Integration with FI/CO.
  • DIP profiles and pricing.
  • Good knowledge in ALE/IDOCs.
  • Excellent knowledge in third party interfaces.
  • Credibility, Self-motivated, Strong team player but also able to work independently.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, Good analytical/ problem solving skills.
