Job Description

The ideal candidate will have expertise in CRM functional and SAP CRM integration, preferably in the utility industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement SAP CRM solutions for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated SAP IS-U CRM projects.
Analyze business requirements and provide solutions using SAP CRM data models.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP CRM implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CRM functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CRM integration.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of SAP CRM functional modules and integration with other SAP modules.
Experience working on SAP IS-U CRM projects and knowledge of the SAP IS-U CRM data model.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Any Graduate degree is required.
