SAP CRM Consultant Application Support

As a SAP CRM Consultant (Application Support) with approximately 4 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day SAP CRM user support, resolving incidents, service requests, and issues promptly. - Manage incidents effectively by communicating with stakeholders and performing root cause analysis of recurring issues. - Implement preventive measures to avoid system disruptions and handle system changes, request fulfillment, and maintenance. - Perform SAP CRM base configurations including transaction/status profiles, org determination, business roles, WebUI customizing, and action profiles. - Monitor CRM system performance, identify and address job errors, background job issues, or bottlenecks. - Guide business users during incident handling and conduct user training sessions when required. - Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, support processes, and resolutions. Required Skills: - Functional expertise in SAP CRM Sales & Service modules, CRM Middleware, and One-Order Framework. - Technical skills in WebUI Customizing, MVC Architecture, Enhancements, BOL & GENIL Programming, and basic ABAP knowledge. - Support-oriented skills including Incident & Problem Management and shift support capability. Additional/Preferred Skills: - SAP CRM Certification, SAP C4C exposure, and ITIL certification are preferred.
