We are looking for an SAP FICO Solution Expert Youll make a difference by: As a Solution Expert (f/m/d) for the SAP Finance and Controlling team, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance and further development of all SAP systems in the responsibility of Siemens Mobility regarding SAP CO Controlling and FI (finance) processes, throughout the entire product life cycle - from development to production Main focus will be SAP CO including account-based profitability analysis (COPA) and their maintenance and migration/transition from an ECC 6.0 to a S/4HANA landscape Future focus will be the maintenance of S/4 ERP systems regarding finance processes including further development, migration and implementation of other ERP systems or implementation of new technology (e.g. AI) You will be part of an existing team of SAP Finance and Controlling Experts and communicate/align on topics such as changes, solution proposals, migration approaches, process design and maintenance, as well as with SMO internal stake holders (process owners) or external service providers You will be involved in the implementation and migration of Finance and Controlling data and processes to a S/4HANA system landscape via a brownfield approach (technical migration) You will be responsible for the successful transition/upgrade to a S/4HANA landscape and ensure finance data and process integrity according to Siemens / Siemens Mobility accounting guidelines and international accounting standards You will support the design of system architecture in collaboration with other experts and architects You will be in charge of configuration and documentation of customizing, financial interfaces, batch processing, migration approach and migration process Youll win us over by: The cornerstone of your professional success is a bachelor degree or equivalent experience in IT, informatics or business informatics. Alternatively, you can show a comparable training in conjunction with corresponding additional qualifications. You also have minimum 10 years of professional experience in SAP controlling modules and have previous experience in migration/transition to S/4HANA You also have process knowledge on the level of an overview of all SAP modules FI, PS, MM, PP, SD or QM. With your communication skills and presentation skills, you can present technical issues in a clear and comprehensible way. Responsibilities As a Solution Architect, lead the engagement efforts at different stages from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development & deployment in large S/4 HANA transformation programs Create detailed design and architecture, and process artifacts, implement the solution and the deployment plan Connect with senior client business and IT stakeholders, demonstrating thought leadership in domain, process, and technology Contribute to Unit and Organizational initiatives and COEs Technical and Professional Requirements: 15+ years of relevant SAP & domain experience Strong hands-on and in-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA FICO module Strong understanding of the Financial Accounting processes coupled with exposure to various P2P, O2C, M2D process scenarios, expertise in EBRR, Planning, FP&A & good understanding of taxation procedures, the relevant accounting treatment and the statutory compliance as per applicable Accounting Principles Thorough understanding of Agile and Activate methodologies Should have done at least two end to end implementation projects in S/4HANA as a Lead Functional Solution Architect Deep Knowledge and expertise in Finance BPML with an ability to guide clients to Industry Best practices Experience in leading and driving Business process workshops and Fit/GAP analysis Preferred Skills: Technology->SAP Functional->SAP Controlling Technology->SAP Functional->SAP Finance Technology->SAP Technical->S4 HANA Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Service Line Enterprise Package Application Services
