Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining our dynamic team as a Functional Lead with extensive experience in SAP Commerce functionalities. Your role will involve leading the implementation and optimization of SAP Commerce solutions to meet business needs and objectives. You will work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts to ensure seamless integration and functionality of SAP Commerce solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Commerce solutions. - Oversee the integration of SAP Commerce-Cust Service Func for efficient customer service operations. - Provide expertise in SAP Commerce-Backoffice Func to streamline back-office processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SAP Commerce - WCMS Functional capabilities. - Drive the development and deployment of SAP Commerce - PCM Functional for effective product content management. - Implement SAP Commerce - B2C Functional solutions to enhance customer engagement and sales processes. - Develop strategies for SAP Commerce - B2B Functional to improve business-to-business interactions. - Utilize domain skills in OMICS Data Analysis, OMOP, FHIR, and HL7 to support data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues for optimal system performance. - Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP Commerce trends and best practices to drive innovation. - Contribute to the company's purpose by enhancing SAP Commerce functionalities impacting business growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Possess extensive experience in SAP Commerce-Cust Service Func, SAP Commerce-Backoffice Func, and related areas. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Have a good understanding of domain skills such as OMICS Data Analysis, OMOP, FHIR, and HL7. - Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members. - Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.,
