SAP Commerce Cloud Quality Engineer (TOSCA, JMeter)

The IES & Integrations team is part of the Industries and CX organisation and aims to make it simple for customers to succeed, with seamlessly integrated solutions and industry-centric use cases that connect front-office and back-office.

The development team is in SAP Labs Bangalore, Devanahalli Campus and defines and provides integrations between products like SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud and the digital core of SAP S/4HANA to deliver on SAP's integration promise of the Intelligent Enterprise. Our team also provides integration between SAP Commerce Cloud and Industry solutions to bring capabilities of these solutions to customers connecting through Commerce.

Your role includes following tasks:

• Analyze, define, implement test related activities according to a given test strategy.
• Work in most aspects of software testing - test case design, setting up test environments, test execution and reporting, which includes test results and defect management
• Preparing functional test cases as applicable based on the specifications for new feature tests
• Design and develop quality automated tests using Tricentis TOSCA for all feasible test scope as per defined guideline.
• Analyze test results (blockers, issues) and take appropriate follow-up actions
• Design and execute performance tests and report findings.
• Have basic product/domain knowledge including relevant business processes & scenarios and a basic understanding of customer needs.

Qualification and Skills:

• B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / MCA with 4 to 6 years of experience in Quality Engineering
• Strong background of Quality processes, testing, test automation
• Experience in manual test execution with standard test design techniques
• Sound knowledge and hands on experience in designing and developing test automation using TOSCA
• Familiar with TOSCA concepts like TDS, API testing, TCD, DEX, TOSCA CI
• Experience in various performance testing tools, preferably Jmeter
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Constructive Quality Assurance practices (Quality Risk Assessment, Test Strategy & Design, Test Process, Test Methodology, Test Tool Evaluation & Development)
• Excellent English communication skills

The following experiences are beneficial, but not mandatory:

• Knowledge and test automation experience using Karate

• SAP Commerce, CRM, ERP and S/4HANA knowledge would be added advantage
