As an SAP Callidus Configuration and Development Consultant with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, your role will involve designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications, collaborating with the team to understand requirements, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging for optimal performance and user experience. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Perform independently and become subject matter expert (SME). - Actively participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Provide support to end-users and ensure smooth functioning of applications. - Identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Contribute to the improvement of system performance and stability. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Assist in the documentation of support processes and procedures. **Professional & Technical Skills:** - **Must To Have Skills:** Proficiency in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP Callidus. - Knowledge of SAP Callidus configuration and customization. - Familiarity with SAP Callidus integration with other systems. **Good To Have Skills:** - Experience with SAP CRM or SAP Sales Cloud. - Experience in working with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP Fiori. **Additional Information:** The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development. This position is based at our Chennai office.
