SAP C4C Service Consultant

As an SAP C4C Service Analyst, your role involves the implementation, maintenance, and support of the SAP C4C application within the organization. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, configuring the SAP C4C application, and ensuring the smooth operation of Customer Service processes. **Responsibilities:** - Act as a subject matter expert in SAP C4C application, focusing on areas such as business partner, material master, RMA, customer inquiries, interactions, and requests. - Analyze and resolve support and enhancement requests. - Provide level two support on all procurement-related applications, addressing user requests and resolving system issues. This may occasionally require working non-business hours to support high-severity issues. - Develop and maintain meaningful reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and service performance. - Develop and design documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and assist in issue resolution and risk mitigation for projects and support activities. - Interface with other functional areas to implement cross-functional solutions. - Assist in the integration of SAP applications with existing and external applications. - Implement designs and configure the system as necessary. - Ensure high system performance levels are achieved as part of the quality assurance and performance process. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 3-6 years of progressive SAP experience, with at least one focused on C4C, including one full lifecycle C4C implementation in the areas of Service Cloud. - 2 years of SAP Production Support experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with all levels of the organization. - Excellent SAP configuration skills. - Experience in developing and driving the implementation of SAP best practices and standards. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. **Educational Background:** - BE / B Tech / MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent degree in a related discipline.,
