Job Description

SAP BW/4HANA Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver
SAP BW/4HANA end-to-end implementations
, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Design and develop
data models
using ADSOs, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, InfoObjects, and BW Queries.
Develop and manage
data extraction
from SAP ECC, S/4HANA (ABAP CDS Views, ODP), and external data sources.
Implement
ETL solutions
using BW/4HANA modeling tools and SAP HANA (SQL, Calculation Views).
Optimize data loads, performance tuning, and manage large data volumes.
Work with
BEx Query Designer
, Analysis for Office, SAC (optional) for reporting.
Collaborate with functional teams (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HR, etc.) to understand business requirements.
Manage
BW migration
tasks (BW on HANA BW/4HANA).
Integrate BW/4HANA with
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
, BOBJ, Tableau, or Power BI (as required).
Provide documentation, support UAT, and ensure system stability post-go-live.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in
SAP BW
and minimum 2+ years in
SAP BW/4HANA
.
Strong hands-on experience with:

ADSOs, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views
InfoObjects, Transformation, DTP, Process Chains
HANA SQL, Calculation Views

Experience in
BW/4HANA Modeling Tools (Eclipse)
.
Expertise in
ODP, CDS Views, ABAP-based extractors
, and data flow extraction from S/4HANA.
Experience with
LSA++ architecture
.
Good knowledge of
HANA performance optimization
.
Strong understanding of
SAP Functional modules
(SD, MM, FI, etc.).
Experience with
Agile methodology
& JIRA.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
