SAP BTP Senior Consultant

As a BTP Senior Consultant at Varnamala Technologies, you will be responsible for designing and developing applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), Node.js, or Java. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) using CAP, Node.js, or Java. - Building responsive and intuitive user interfaces with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 frameworks. - Integrating SAP BTP solutions with SAP S/4HANA and other third-party systems via OData, REST APIs, and SAP Integration Suite. - Utilizing SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and SAP Web IDE for efficient development and deployment. - Ensuring adherence to security, scalability, and performance best practices in BTP applications. - Collaborating with functional teams and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Supporting the deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of BTP applications. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 7 years of experience working with SAP BTP, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role. - Strong hands-on experience in CAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP Cloud SDK. - Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Node.js, Java, and use of Git for version control. - Experience with SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and Event Mesh. - Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and extensions using BTP. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and cloud deployment pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - SAP BTP certification is a plus.
