We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Senior Developer with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, BTP (Business Technology Platform), FIORI, and ABAP. With over 10 years of experience, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, customizing, and integrating SAP solutions across the BTP environment. In this role, you will work on advanced development projects, leveraging your deep technical skills to enhance and optimize SAP systems and drive digital transformation for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

•        Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), focusing on innovation and optimization.

•        Develop custom applications using SAP FIORI for enhanced user experience and UI customization.

•        Perform ABAP development for backend enhancements, reports, interfaces, and data migrations within SAP S/4HANA and BTP environments.

•        Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

•        Participate in end-to-end project lifecycles, from design and development to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

•        Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.

•        Optimize existing SAP systems, focusing on performance improvements and scalability within the SAP BTP environment.

•        Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

•        Ensure high-quality code delivery, conducting thorough code reviews and adhering to development best practices.

•        Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP S/4HANA, FIORI, and ABAP applications.

•        Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP BTP, FIORI, and ABAP to drive continuous improvement in the development process.

Technical Skills:

•        Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.

•        Experience with Agile or other modern project management methodologies is a plus.

•        Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (in-office and remote).

Preferred Qualifications:

•        SAP Certification in S/4HANA, FIORI, or BTP.

•        Experience in deploying and managing applications on SAP Cloud Platform.

•        Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA migration approaches.

•        Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for SAP environments.
