SAP BTP Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BTP Consultant with at least 6 years of experience, including 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing SAP BTP solutions, ensuring smooth integration of business processes across various SAP and cloud-based systems. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities : - Work on various SAP BTP services like Integration Suite, Workflow Management, SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Model, and SAP HANA Cloud. - Design scalable and efficient cloud-based solutions using SAP BTP services to meet specific business requirements. - Build integrations between SAP and third-party systems using SAP BTP, leveraging tools such as SAP API Management and SAP HANA Cloud. - Customize and extend SAP BTP applications to meet business needs using SAP Fiori and SAP HANA-based applications. - Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using the CAP model on SAP BTP. - Implement solutions using Java or Node.js to design and optimize cloud-based applications and microservices. - Work on SAP HANA Cloud for data processing, modeling, and storage, ensuring optimal performance. - Implement best practices for SAP BTP security, including user authentication, access control, and data protection. - Utilize DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process and improve collaboration across teams. - Automate deployment and configuration management for SAP BTP applications. - Work closely with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, business analysts, and developers) to ensure project goals and timelines are met. - Provide support during the implementation and post-implementation phases to ensure high-quality delivery. - Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend enhancements to existing solutions, and ensure solutions remain scalable and cost-effective. - Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide technical insights, and ensure that the solutions are aligned with business goals. - Present solution designs and progress updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience working with SAP technologies. - At least 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP, including services like Integration Suite, Workflow Management, SAP HANA Cloud, and API Management. - Proven experience in SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Model and development using Node.js or Java. - Strong understanding of SAP HANA Cloud and SAP BTP Security. - Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices (i.e., Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines). - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or other SAP modules is a plus. - Hands-on experience with integrating cloud-based applications, APIs, and microservices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
