SAP BTP CAPM Senior Developer

Role Overview: As a SAP BTP CAPM Java developer at Merkle, your main responsibility will be to proficiently work with back-end and front-end programming languages, implement scalable application designs, and develop API solutions. You will be creating database schemas to support business processes, implementing automated testing platforms, and unit tests. Your expertise in Java development using Spring Framework (MVC and Spring Boot) and building RESTful web services with JSON endpoints will be essential. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT and SVN, as well as development aiding tools like Maven, Gradle, Grunt, and Gulp. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiently work with Cloud Development and Deployment applications on SAP BTP - Cloud Foundry - Utilize SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) in Java for development - Implement data modeling and database designing using HANA DB and SAP Core Data Services (CDS) - Work with JPA and List Processor for ORM and CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete) - Implement Olingo OData for efficient data management Qualification Required: - Experience with client-side JavaScript & SAPUI5 - Familiarity with Cronjobs and background jobs using tools like Gearman or libraries like Crunz - Knowledge of Caching with Redis and similar powerful tools - SAP Certification in BTP Extensions, Build, or Hana Cloud is an added advantage - Understanding of BTP landscape setup, services configuration, and troubleshooting through application/system logs (Note: Additional details of the company are not provided in the job description),
