Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP – BPA Consultant who can design, develop,

and optimize automated workflows using SAP Business Process Automation tools on the

SAP Business Technology Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills,

deep understanding of SAP business processes, and hands-on expertise in workflow

automation, process integration, and low-code/no-code tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy automated workflows and business processes using SAP

BTP – BPA (Process Automation).

• Develop and configure Workflow Management, Business Rules, Process Visibility,

and related BTP services.

• Collaborate with functional teams (MM, SD, FI, HR, etc.) to understand requirements

and translate them into automation solutions.

• Integrate BPA workflows with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba,

SAP CPI, and other enterprise applications.

• Build low-code/no-code automation using SAP Build Process Automation, SAP

Build Apps, and SAP Build Work Zone.

• Implement decision rules, triggers, approvals, forms, and process flows for end-to-end

automation.

• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance of existing workflows, and ensure stability

of deployed automations.

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and propose

scalable solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and user guides.

• Provide support, maintenance, and enhancements for BPA-based applications

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of total SAP experience with at least 3+ years in SAP BTP – BPA / SAP

Build Process Automation.

• Strong knowledge of:

• SAP BTP Workflow Management

• SAP Business Rules & Decision Management

• SAP Process Visibility

• SAP Build Apps and automation tools

• Experience integrating BPA with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or SAP

CPI.

• Hands-on experience with JSON, OData, REST APIs, and event-driven

architectures.

• Understanding of SAP business processes (P2P, O2C, HR, Finance, etc.).

• Ability to design scalable automation architectures and reusable components.

• Good debugging, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills.

• Strong communication and requirement-gathering capabilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
