SAP BPI-Senior

We are looking for a skilled Process Mining Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Signavio, Celonis, and other process mining tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements. ### Roles and Responsibility Design, develop, and maintain new and custom processes using process mining programming languages. Analyze technical requirements and work closely with clients and functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Customize Signavio/Celonis KPIs to meet specific business requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. Develop data extraction connectors to integrate ERP systems with other applications and databases. Optimize process mining processes for better performance, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with functional teams to conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SQL programs. Create and maintain technical documentation for Signavio/Celonis SOPs, ensuring clear and organized records. Assist in SAP system upgrades by analyzing and adapting Signavio/Celonis processes as required. Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that align with SAP best practices. Willing to travel to customer locations on a need basis. ### Job Requirements Proven experience as an Signavio/Celonis/Process Gold consultant with certification in any of the tools preferred. Working knowledge in ABAP on HANA. Working knowledge in SQL, process mining, and process modeling. Understanding of various automation tools and UI. Understanding of business processes. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on SQL developments and industry trends. Real-time knowledge and experience in implementation and migration projects. A graduate or post-graduate degree with a sound industry experience of 3 to 5 years is required.
