Description
You will be joining as a skilled Senior Process Mining Consultant at EY, where you will play a crucial role in driving client opportunities, delivering process mining engagements, and generating value for clients. Your expertise in Signavio, Celonis, and other process mining tools will be essential, along with your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements. - **Process Mining:** Design, develop, and maintain new and custom processes using your process mining experience programming language. - **Technical Analysis:** Analyze technical requirements and collaborate closely with clients and functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. - **Customization:** Customize Signavio / Celonis KPIs to meet specific business requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. - **Data Integration:** Develop data extraction connectors to integrate ERP systems with other applications and databases. - **Code Optimization:** Optimize process mining processes for better performance, scalability, and maintainability. - **Testing:** Collaborate with functional teams to conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SQL programs. - **Documentation:** Create and maintain technical documentation for Signavio / Celonis SOPs, ensuring clear and organized records. - **SAP Upgrades:** Assist in SAP system upgrades by analyzing and adapting Signavio / Celonis processes as required. - **Client Interaction:** Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that align with SAP best practices. - **People Responsibilities:** Build a quality culture, foster teamwork, lead by example, train and mentor project resources, and participate in organization-wide people initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience as a Signavio / Celonis / Process Gold, with certification in any of the tools preferred. - Working knowledge in ABAP on HANA, SQL, process mining, process modeling, and various automation tools. - Working understanding of business processes and effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team, adapt to changing project requirements, and maintain a continuous learning mindset. - Real-time knowledge and experience in implementation and migration projects. - Graduate/Post Graduate degree with a sound industry experience of 3 to 5 years. Additionally, the following technical skills will be advantageous: - BTP - HANA analytics - predictive and text analysis - Knowledge of SAP FIORI - SQL Preferred skills for this role include: - Experience with Signavio, Celonis, or Process Gold. - Familiarity with SAP functional modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FI/CO). - Understanding and experience of software development best practices. - Excellent business communication skills.,
