Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead SAP HANA upgrade projects across various environments.
Provide business process and functional support for the SAP BI module.
Manage business blueprinting: AS-IS analysis, TO-BE process design, and architecture mapping.
Translate abstract enhancement specifications into actionable realization approaches.
Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements (reports, data processing, load programs, adjustment tools).
Independently handle consulting engagements and client communications.
Drive implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
Deliver ad-hoc training and user support as needed.
Identify and apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiency.
Promote process integration and standardization across business units.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in SAP HANA upgrade projects.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP BI module.
Expertise in business process mapping and architecture.
Ability to develop functional specs and collaborate with technical teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in training and user support.
