You will be joining a fast-growing analytics and digital transformation company that specializes in SAP BDC, BTP, EPM, and Office of CFO solutions. As a certified SAP Partner, our focus is on enabling enterprises to leverage real-time data, enhance financial performance, and achieve strategic outcomes through AI-powered insights and cloud-native SaaS tools. As a Growth Officer or Sales Manager, your role will involve driving revenue growth, leading client acquisition, and expanding our market share across different regions. We are seeking a motivated individual with a consultative selling approach and a deep understanding of SAP-based solutions, SaaS platforms, and the digital transformation needs of enterprise-level clients. Your key responsibilities will include owning and managing the full sales lifecycle, from generating leads to closing deals and growing existing accounts. You should have an established network within the industry, product companies, and partner ecosystems, particularly in regions like India, APAC, and the Middle East. Identifying new business opportunities, aligning GTM strategies with delivery and marketing teams, and fostering strong relationships with C-level stakeholders will be crucial aspects of your role. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in SAP or SaaS. A strong grasp of the SAP partner ecosystem, analytics/SaaS trends, and experience in selling to Finance, Planning, or IT leaders will be beneficial. You should be a strategic thinker with the ability to close deals, drive account growth, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or mid-size firm environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role. It would be advantageous if you have exposure to tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Group Reporting, BPC, or EPM platforms, as well as experience in CFO-driven digital transformation projects. Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and SaaS metrics like ARR, CAC, and LTV, will also be a plus.
