Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technical design and architecture, with a proven track record of successfully migrating SAP systems to hyperscaler environments. Skill / Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in SAP development and administration. Proven expertise in SAP BASIS administration, including system installation, configuration, and performance tuning. Strong proficiency in HANA administration, including database management, performance optimization, and security. Hands-on experience with HA/DR configurations and management, including setup, testing, and failover/failback procedures. Demonstrated experience in SAP system migration to hyperscaler platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Solid understanding of networking, operating systems, and virtualization technologies. Familiarity with GCP infrastructure for SAP workloads is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Job Responsibilities Lead and contribute to the technical design and architecture of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Administer SAP and HANA systems, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning, to ensure optimal performance and availability. Design, implement, and maintain HA/DR setups for SAP environments, ensuring business continuity and data protection. Execute and oversee SAP system migrations to hyperscaler platforms, including planning, execution, and post-migration support. Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of SAP workloads on GCP. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent problems. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices.
