We are seeking an individual to assist us in managing our SAP cloud products and infrastructure. This role will encompass account setup, design, and support for our current cloud environment, particularly SAP Business Technology Platform within CPI, IAS setup, and Tennent setup. Below is a high level summary of what we are looking for.

Architect, Provision, configure, and manage SAP BTP subaccounts, global accounts, and entitlements.
Integrate on-prem SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) with SAP BTP using Cloud Connector, RFC, or APIs.
Manage and support SAP Cloud ALM environment, keeping it upto date and help setup customize monitors.
Monitor and troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues across SAP BTP and backend systems.
Lead the architecture and deployment of SAP systems (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP Cloud Connector, etc.) on BTP and hybrid cloud environments.
Set up and manage destinations, connectivity services, and integration with IAS.
Analyze logs, resolve incidents, and coordinate with SAP Support for issue resolution.
Knowledge of networking, SSL, SSO/SAML, and secure communication.
Experience working in hybrid SAP landscapes (cloud and on-premises).
Hands-on experience with:
SAP BTP services including SAP CPI, Data intelligence, Event Mesh etc.
SAP Cloud Connector
SAP Cloud ALM
Identity Authentication Service (IAS) & Identity Provisioning Service (IPS)
SAP BTP Cockpit
