Your Role

As an SAP Architect Team Lead, you will bring deep technical expertise in SAP BASIS and SAP architecture to design, implement, and optimize robust SAP solutions. You will:
Architect scalable and secure SAP infrastructure aligned with business goals.
Lead SAP BASIS operations including system installations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning for SAP systems.
Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest SAP technologies and innovations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP landscape integration.

Your Responsibility

9 to 12 Years of experience, In this leadership role, you will not only drive technical excellence but also foster a collaborative and high-performing offshore team environment.
Lead and mentor the offshore SAP BASIS team, ensuring continuous growth and development.
Manage end-to-end SAP project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Act as a key liaison between offshore and onshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Participate in client calls to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
