Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or SAP B1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks and supporting ERP-based financial processes. This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy in financial data, master entries, and transaction posting.

Key Responsibilities:Perform daily accounting entries such as sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal vouchers, and bank reconciliations.Handle ERP-based tasks including master data management, invoice generation, and posting-related activities.

Resolve user-level ERP issues related to finance, inventory, and procurement modules.

Generate and analyze basic reports from the ERP system to assist in financial decision-making.Assist in monthly closing activities and ensure proper documentation of all entries.

Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate ERP-related issues.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal accounting standards.Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 1 year of experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP B1, or similar ERP system.

Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and documentation skills.

Quick learner with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.

Preferred:Prior exposure to ERP implementation or L1-level ERP support.

Familiarity with modules such as Finance, Inventory, Sales, and Procurement in Dynamics 365 or SAP B1.

Experience with generating ERP-based MIS reports and financial summaries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
