Job Description:

• System Management:Oversee, maintain, and ensure the smooth operation of the SAP Business One system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Business One (B1) functionalities and modules.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and query-based report development.
• Familiarity with SAP B1 routines and report extractions.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve system issues effectively.
• Communication Skills:Excellent internal communication and interpersonal skills to work with users and departments.
• Project Management:Ability to manage projects, align client requirements with system features, and guide clients through the transformation process.
• Business Process Understanding:A strong understanding of various business processes relevant to SAP B1, such as sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, and production.
• Education:A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:Proven work experience in the implementation and support of SAP Business One solutions.
• Implementation & Configuration:Manage projects from start to finish, and customize and configure SAP B1 modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Support & Training:Provide ongoing support and training to users, addressing their needs and ensuring effective system usage.
• Troubleshooting:Investigate, analyze, and resolve software and system issues to ensure the integrity and functionality of the system.
• Reporting:Develop and generate reports, including query-based and Crystal reports.
• Data Management:Create and manage system data, and ensure data security and perform backups.
• User Collaboration:Collaborate with various departments to assess their SAP needs and provide effective solutions.
• Documentation:Develop and deliver system documentation and training materials.
• Business Process Improvement:Analyze business processes and recommend/develop solutions to enhance functionality and performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
