Job Description

As a Graduate with at least 5 years of experience, you should have completed SAP Ariba implementation activities including Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration & customization, cutover, Go-live, etc. Additionally, you should be proficient in integration with SAP ECC or S4 Hana and adept at SAP Ariba day-to-day support activities. Your responsibilities will include defect analysis and issue resolution of support incidents, as well as identifying and resolving interface issues. You are expected to work independently, lead others, and possess strong SAP Ariba Functional SME Skills such as SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing, Ariba Buying & Invoicing (PTP), Ariba Commerce automation/ Ariba Supply chain Collaboration. A typical day as an Infoscion involves delving into customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring the product, conducting pilots, and addressing queries related to requirements and solution design. Additionally, you will conduct solution/product demonstrations, workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. Taking the lead on small projects and participating in unit-level and organizational initiatives are also part of your role to deliver high-quality solutions to customers. If you possess the ability to work with clients to identify business challenges, refine, analyze, and structure relevant data, as well as stay updated on the latest technologies and trends, showcase logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaborate effectively. You should also be able to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and propose technology solutions based on one or two industry domain knowledge.
