We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Salesperson to join our growing team and take this exciting product to retail shelves across the region. Key Responsibilities : Retail Visits & Sales Generation: Visit retail stores, supermarkets, and distributors to introduce Kokum Jeera Spark and build strong relationships with store owners and decision-makers. Product Demonstration & Education: Explain the product’s key benefits, brand story, and unique selling points to retailers and customers to create sales opportunities. Order & Inventory Management: Coordinate and track stock levels, deliveries, and returns. Maintain accurate records of all logistics and stock movement in the system. Market Expansion: Identify new potential retail outlets and ensure product placement in high-visibility areas. Promotional Support: Assist in organizing in-store sampling, displays, and promotional events to boost visibility and sales. Sales Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly reports on visits, sales numbers, and market feedback. Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure repeat orders and long-term business growth. Requirements : Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel frequently. Basic knowledge of inventory and sales tracking systems.
