SAP and PLM - Design Engineer (PLM Administrator)

As a Designer Engineer (PLM Administrator) at AGCO, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining standard Creo setup files and configuration tools to support modeling efficiency. Your responsibilities include upgrading legacy CAD models to current Creo standards, ensuring compliance with drawing and modeling standards, and providing support to users with check-in/check-out issues. You will also navigate ECR/ECN workflows, interpret business rules related to ECNs, and enforce Windchill standards for Creo and WT Parts. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology (or equivalent) and have at least 5-8 years of experience in Windchill administration, ECR/ECN processes, and drawing release systems. Proficiency in Creo and Windchill, along with hands-on experience with PLM tools and issue resolution, is essential. Strong attention to detail, excellent documentation skills, and effective communication and collaboration abilities are also required.
