As a SAP Analytics Leader at Decimal Business Solutions, you will be responsible for driving IT Business Transformations with a focus on large-scale SAC Planning, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business AI, and various cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, RISE with SAP, and S/4HANA Cloud. Your expertise across different business processes like Finance, Enterprise Planning, HR, Supply Chain, and Sales will be crucial in this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading 3+ End to End Green Field SAC Planning Implementations with S/4HANA - Thought leadership in the SAP Analytics area - Hands-on experience in FP&A, Analytics & Data Science Solutioning and Consulting - Extensive experience in RFP response, defining roadmaps & frameworks, devising architecture, effort estimation, and post-implementation transition - Capability Lead (CoE) for Enterprise Planning, D&A Capability - Solutioning with a focus on optimal performance & data footprint, flexibility, scalability, and better user experience - Engaging in discovery workshops, solution showcases, client presentations, and end-user training - Implementing organization-wide planning solutions across Finance, HR, Sales, and Supply Chain - Playing roles as Analyst, Lead, SME, and Solutions Architect in Data Science & Analytics, Blockchain, Cloud, AI & ML - Experience in integrating SAP, Non-SAP, and Open-Source Systems - Solutioning experience in transformation, greenfield, brownfield, and upgrade implementations - Handling Agile SAP projects and working in the SCRUM model for a leading US multinational conglomerate (3M) - Proactively working with businesses to identify and leverage key business KPIs across process areas - Engaging with clients and having Financial Services Experience preferred Additionally, you should be proficient in written and spoken English.
