Job Title : SAP Security Consultant (Contract-to-Hire) Experience Required : 4 years to 7 years Work Location : Pune (Hybrid) Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire About the Role: Our client is a NASDAQ-listed company that employs over 24,000 people globally. We are seeking a SAP Security Consultant with 47 years of experience for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity based in Pune (hybrid working model). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SAP security architecture, FIORI security, and hands-on experience across SAP Cloud, S/4HANA, and GRC platforms. This role will support clients in building secure, scalable SAP environments by implementing robust identity and access control mechanisms. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement SAP Security roles and authorizations for SAP S/4HANA , SAP HANA , and SAP Cloud landscapes. Configure and manage FIORI Security , ensuring proper access provisioning and compliance. Collaborate with clients to define security strategies and frameworks aligned with best practices. Implement and support SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (AIG) and SAP NetWeaver Identity Management . Set up and manage SAP Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) , including Access Control and Process Control modules. Configure SAP Single Sign-On (SSO) , SAML , and X.509 certificate-based authentication mechanisms. Integrate third-party Identity Providers (IdPs) with SAP platforms. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex SAP Security-related issues. Required Skills and Experience: 4-7 years of experience in SAP Security roles and authorizations Expertise in FIORI Security, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud platforms Working knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (AIG) Experience with SAP NetWeaver Identity Management, SAP SSO, SAML, and certificate-based authentication Familiarity with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control Ability to integrate external Identity Providers with SAP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Relevant SAP Security certifications (e.g., C_SECAUTH, GRC) Experience in client-facing or consulting roles Awareness of data protection and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR) Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: Pune (Hybrid Model) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred Only candidates open to a contractual engagement should apply; others are strictly advised not to submit their application
