SAP Accountant Finalization

As an Accountant Finalization with SAP knowledge, your role involves conducting ledger scrutiny to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will be responsible for identifying discrepancies, variances, and irregularities in financial records and taking corrective actions as necessary. Additionally, you will prepare and finalize accounts, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports. Collaborating with auditors for the timely completion of annual audits is also part of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting detailed scrutiny of ledger accounts - Identifying discrepancies, variances, and irregularities in financial records - Preparing and finalizing accounts, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets - Ensuring compliance of all financial statements with legal requirements and company policies - Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - Supporting management in budgeting and forecasting processes - Ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and timely filing of returns - Managing and reconciling bank statements - Identifying opportunities for improving accounting processes - Staying updated with industry trends and accounting standards Qualifications required for this role: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications like CA or CMA are a plus. - Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on ledger scrutiny and account finalization. Skills required for this role: - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and SAP - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - High level of integrity and ethical standards Please note that the company operates from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM with a 5-day working week.
