SAP ABAP HR Lead

As an experienced SAP ABAP Developer specializing in the HR module, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing complex ABAP programs, reports, enhancements, forms, workflows, and interfaces tailored to HR requirements. Your role will involve collaborating closely with functional consultants to gather and comprehend requirements, subsequently translating them into technical solutions. Additionally, you will work on various aspects such as enhancements, user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and custom reports within the HR module. Supporting integration with third-party HR tools and applications will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. It is essential to ensure strict adherence to best practices concerning coding and documentation. You will also play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring junior ABAP developers, imparting knowledge on HR-specific development practices. Troubleshooting issues and providing sustainable solutions for recurring problems will be a key part of your daily tasks. Key Requirements: - Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development - At least 5 years of specialized experience in ABAP for SAP HR module - Profound knowledge of SAP HR tables, data structures, and processes - Experience in working with SAP HR Forms, PCRs & Schemas would be advantageous - Strong understanding of HR business processes and their implementation in SAP - Familiarity with ALE/IDOC, RFCs, and integration technologies - Exposure to SuccessFactors integration would be beneficial - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills - Outstanding communication and leadership abilities If you possess the required skills and are looking to leverage your expertise in SAP ABAP development within the HR domain, we encourage you to apply for this challenging opportunity.,
