As the Solution Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading the PSS (Product Solution Specialist) team within the Enterprise Business. Your primary focus will be on all pre-sales and solution activities for existing merchants. Collaborating with Enterprise Farming business leaders and account managers, you will work on new leads and opportunities, managing the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle. Your role will involve requirement gathering, solution design, and presenting solutions to merchants, ensuring the quality delivery of proposed solutions. In this position, you will partner with Product and Sales teams to develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for both new and existing products. Identifying cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts, you will work on executing merchant ring-fencing strategies through deep integrations and custom solutions. By formulating Solution Sales strategies based on industry trends, market analysis, and competitive insights, you will drive the plan for cross-selling, deep integrations, and product feature enhancements. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring that requirements specifications are clearly defined and delivered to product and engineering teams for software development. Leading a team of Merchant Analytics, you will integrate this function with the PSS team to enhance the overall Merchant Experience. Your role will also involve functionally translating business requirements into technological solutions and collaborating with various stakeholders such as Merchants, Sales, Product, and Delivery team leaders to formulate detailed solutions and implementation plans. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, or relevant field. Previous experience in managing medium to large teams as a Solution Architect Manager is required. Additionally, you should have technical expertise as a Product Manager or Product Solution Architect, with proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, and NodeJS. Experience with databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, MONGODB, and integration tools like SAOP and RESTful API is essential. Familiarity with tools like JIRA is also preferred. In this role, you are expected to exhibit high-performing behaviors, including a customer-focused approach, being a change agent, influencing outcomes without direct responsibility, and demonstrating adaptability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and tenacity. By evangelizing strategies to stakeholders, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams, and working with Marketing on feature launches, you will contribute to the overall success of the organization.,
