Chris Group is seeking a highly organized, efficient, and discreet Secretary to the Chairman to provide top-level administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters with the utmost professionalism. This role requires excellent typing and listening skills, as well as strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings. Accurately transcribe notes, dictations, and correspondences with speed and precision. Listen attentively during meetings and prepare detailed minutes and action summaries. Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Draft, type, and proofread letters, reports, and other communications. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Chairman. Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics. Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical). Liaise with department heads and external stakeholders as required. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chairman to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Exceptional typing speed and accuracy. Excellent listening and comprehension skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role.
