Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of Indian and Shawarma dishes, focusing on tandoor and charcoal shawarma techniques. Ensure food preparation and presentation meet brand standards of Smokey Genie. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices at all times. Assist in daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and basic food preparation. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service during operational hours. Support the opening of new outlets as the brand expands over the next 8-10 months. Requirements: Must have basic knowledge of tandoor and shawarma preparation (training can be provided). Basic communication skills in English. Freshers are welcome; prior experience as a tandoor or shawarma cook is an advantage. Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Active, hardworking, and team-oriented candidates preferred.
