As a Team Member Diamond at Salad Days, you will manage kitchen operations from food preparation through packaging and dispatch, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Learn salad composition and presentation fundamentals - Master menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods - Maintain kitchen sanitization standards - Apply FIFO inventory management - Follow ingredient storage guidelines - Manage mise-en-place scheduling for timely preparation - Handle peak service efficiently while meeting KPIs - Track inventory and report stock levels - Ensure proper food packaging for quality during delivery - Coordinate order dispatch for timely delivery Requirements: - High school diploma (culinary education a plus) - 9+ months of kitchen experience including food preparation - Intermediate kitchen operations knowledge Join Salad Days and be a part of our mission to provide healthy and delicious meals to our customers.
