About the job: We're Sandy Media - a small but fast-growing digital marketing company specializing in Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages, and performance marketing services. We work with ambitious brands and deliver results. Now, we're looking for a Sales Intern who's eager to grow with us and be part of our journey. Key responsibilities: 1. Reach out to potential clients via cold calls and emails. 2. Understand business needs and pitch Sandy Media's services. 3. Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales journey. 4. Build and manage LinkedIn and Instagram outreach sequences (DMs, follow-ups). 5. Keep lead sheets/CRM updated with notes and follow-ups. 6. Share daily updates on leads and conversions. 7. Present our services confidently and clearly (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Landing Pages). Requirements: 1. Basic understanding of marketing and sales. 2. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. 3. Confidence in pitching and handling client objections. 4. Driven mindset with a focus on sales and follow-ups. 5. Based in Delhi NCR (remote work for now; office setup likely in 3-6 months). 6. Bonus: Familiarity with Google/Meta Ads and CRMs or lead tools (e.g., Sheets). Key expectations: 1. At least 1-2 qualified conversions per month. 2. Professional and timely communication with team and clients. 3. Persistent and consistent efforts, even during slow periods. 4.
