Reports To: Café Manager / Supervisor Job Summary:We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Café Helper to assist in daily operations of the café. The role involves supporting the kitchen, serving staff, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure smooth service and a pleasant experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing basic food and beverages (tea, coffee, sandwiches, etc.). Help in receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock and supplies. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and service counters. Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as required. Clear and clean tables after customer use. Support chefs, baristas, and wait staff during busy hours. Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards. Follow health and safety guidelines. Perform other duties assigned by the manager or supervisor. Requirements:Previous experience in hospitality/café/restaurant is an advantage but not required. Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Team player with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt. Punctual and reliable.
