Role & responsibilities To ensure no breakdown of paint shop and utility. To ensure maintenance of Press shop & Weld shop (Robotics) Erectioning commissioning experience. To lead the projects implementation, To minimize repair and maintenance cost. To Improve MTBF. Procurement of Spare parts availability To develop team skill. Ensuring Preventive Maintenance Of all M/c as per schedule. Planning of spare parts for all m/c. Monitoring maintenance of all M/c, as per Daily Check sheet. Root cause analysis & action plan to ensure no repetition or same failure in future. Ensuring Implementation of Kaizen, initiative activities, Poke-Yoke etc. Monitoring of Machine Wise failure & taking initiative MTBF improvement. Ensuring water, air and oil leakage are plugged. Imparting regular Maintenance job training to all. To do the additional activities for Energy consumption Area wise Facility to Employee for Kaizen, 5S activities,3 M, Poke-Yoke etc. Sheetmetal industries experience added value. Production not stopped due machine/utility breakdown Energy consumption less Power and fuel Cost within target Consumable cost monitoring. Budget preparation DWM MIS Preferred candidate profile Excellent in Problem solving techniques , 7QC Tool, DWM, Quality Circle Sheet Metal Expertise ,Electrical and mechanical machinery Knowledge, UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical Experience Minimum 08+ years SKILLS Managerial,, Communication, Leadership
