Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory. Visit retail outlets, general trade shops, and modern trade stores to generate sales orders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key channel partners. Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement as per company standards. Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. Execute in-store promotional activities and product displays. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company credit policy. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain trust and loyalty. Prepare daily sales reports and update the manager on field activities. Support the implementation of new product launches in the market. Key Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/Marketing). 1-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Good knowledge of local markets and routes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. Basic knowledge of MS Office / sales reporting apps.
