Job Title: DSE Overall Job Objective: Role: The Small DSE represents the Company’s interests for a set of Small A, B & C stores in his territory responsible for end – end Account Management including establishing relationship, growing sales & fundamentals and ensuring visibility execution as per company’s standards Responsibility: · DSE is responsible for selling volume, achieving SBD distribution and building goodwill in the distributor’s market. · Planning and achievement of store wise volume objectives in the assigned area · Building Relations & JBP Plans for assigned stores · Delivery of conceptual selling plans · Regular coverage of the stores · Collection and settlement of the accounts receivable must have bike and licesensce as its field job..
Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory. Visit retail outlets, general trade shops, and modern trade stores to generate sales orders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key channel partners. Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement as per company standards. Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. Execute in-store promotional activities and product displays. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company credit policy. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain trust and loyalty. Prepare daily sales reports and update the manager on field activities. Support the implementation of new product launches in the market. Key Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/Marketing). 1-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Good knowledge of local markets and routes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. Basic knowledge of MS Office / sales reporting apps. Identify and onboard new retailer outlets to replace closed or underperforming locations, ensuring seamless coverage and business continuity. 3. Deliver business and fundamental targets, driving revenue growth and market share expansion. 4. Plan, execute, and maintain high-quality coverage to maximize business results while minimizing costs. 5. Provide regular, accurate, and timely reports on in-store results, financial performance, competitive activities, and sales initiatives to inform business decisions. 6. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives. 7. Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform business decisions, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
