Role & responsibilities Nursing Supervision Oversee nursing staff and caretakers on duty Supervise proper patient health records and medical charts Ensure timely administration of medicines as per doctors instructions Medical Care & Emergency Handling Monitor residents’ health status and respond to emergencies promptly Coordinate with doctors/paramedical staff when required Ensure proper infection control and hygiene practices Staff & Caretaker Supervision Guide and monitor caretakers for resident care activities Ensure discipline and accountability of staff during night duty Safety & Security of Center Supervise night-time security measures (gates locked, visitor logs maintained) Report any unusual incident to management immediately Kitchen & Grocery Supervision Monitor kitchen usage and ensure groceries are adequately stocked Check food preparation standards and storage safety Administration & Reporting Maintain daily shift handover reports Escalate issues related to health, safety, or resources to management Desired Candidate Profile : ICU-trained with hands-on patient care experience Minimum 2–5 years of nursing/healthcare supervision experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to handle emergency medical situations calmly
