Hiring: Sanctions Screening Specialist UK Bank Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore (On-site) Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sanctions Screening Role Overview: We are looking for a Sanctions Screening Specialist to join our team for a UK-based banking process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Sanctions Screening , ensuring compliance with global sanctions regulations and identifying financial crime risks. Key Responsibilities: Conduct sanctions screening on customers, transactions, and entities against global watchlists. Identify and escalate potential matches to the compliance team for further investigation. Ensure compliance with OFAC, EU, UN, HMT, and other international sanctions lists . Work closely with compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with sanctioned entities . Stay updated on global sanctions policies, regulatory changes, and financial crime trends . Maintain accuracy and efficiency while working in a fast-paced, high-risk environment. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sanctions Screening (KYC/AML experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of global financial regulations & compliance frameworks . Experience working with sanctions screening tools (World-Check, Dow Jones, etc.) . Analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying high-risk entities . Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency . Why Join Us?
